You can delete your account at any time from My Applications in the app.

What deletion removes

  • Your applications, CVs and job descriptions, analyses, and generated documents are removed.
  • Some transaction or accounting records may be retained where we’re legally required to keep them.

Requesting deletion by email

You can also request deletion of your account and data by emailing valeonlabs@proton.me. Please mention My ATS Job App Optimizer / Valeon Labs Ltd in your message so we can identify the correct account.
