Delete your account and data

Current status: My ATS Job App Optimizer is in development and has not yet been released. User accounts are not yet available, so there is no account to delete today. This page explains what to expect once accounts launch, and how to reach us in the meantime.

When accounts launch

My ATS Job App Optimizer is intended to support user accounts. Once accounts are available, you will be able to start deleting your account directly within the app. This page will also remain available as an external, web-based route to request deletion, as commonly required by app store account deletion policies.

Requesting deletion today

If you have contacted us, or shared any information with us about this app before accounts exist — for example, by email — you can ask us to delete that information at any time by emailing valeonlabs@proton.me. There is currently no in-app account or stored application data to delete, because the app has not yet been released.

What this page will cover before release

Before My ATS Job App Optimizer is released or listed on any app store, we will update this page to describe the final deletion process, exactly what is deleted (including any CVs, résumés or generated application content), expected timeframes, and any information we may need to retain for legal, accounting or security reasons.
