Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what aquapulse-app.com stores in your browser, why, and how you can change your choice. Browser storage works per-domain, not per-product, so it covers every page on this domain: the AquaPulse website and the My ATS Job App Optimizer pages. Neither the AquaPulse mobile app nor My ATS Job App Optimizer's own future mobile app is covered here — those are separate products with their own data practices, described in the AquaPulse Privacy Policy and the My ATS Job App Optimizer Privacy Policy respectively.
1. What "cookies" means here
"Cookies" is used loosely to cover cookies and similar browser storage, such as localStorage, since both can store information on your device and both are treated the same way under UK data protection law (PECR and UK GDPR). Where it matters, we say exactly which mechanism is used.

That is a complete list. This domain does not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, any other analytics or advertising service, or any affiliate-tracking script, and it does not set any cookies of its own.
3. The embedded YouTube video
The AquaPulse homepage includes a short demo video hosted on YouTube, in Google's privacy-enhanced ("nocookie") embed mode. My ATS Job App Optimizer's pages don't embed anything. The video does not load, and no connection is made to YouTube or Google, until you actively choose to load it — either by accepting the embedded-content category in the cookie banner or preferences, or by clicking the "Allow and play video" button shown in place of the video.
If you allow it, your browser will connect to Google's servers to fetch and play the video. Google may process information such as your IP address and set its own cookies or similar technology, governed by Google's own Privacy Policy and Cookies page, which AquaPulse does not control.
4. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you Reject, Accept all, or open Manage preferences for a category-by-category choice. Rejecting leaves the site fully usable — the video is simply replaced by a placeholder with its own "Allow and play" option, and every guide, tool and page works exactly the same either way.
You can review or change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page, including this one.
You can also clear cookies and site data at any time through your browser's own settings, which will remove aquapulse_consent_v1 and any Google cookies set after you allowed the video.
5. Changes to this policy
If we add a new non-essential script, embed or tracking technology in future, we will update this page and the relevant consent category before it runs, and we will change the stored consent version so the banner asks again rather than assuming your earlier choice still applies.
