Privacy Policy

Current status: My ATS Job App Optimizer is in development and has not yet been released or made available on any app store. This Privacy Policy explains how the service is intended to handle information once it launches, so that job seekers know what to expect ahead of release. It will be reviewed and updated as the product is built.

2. About this app

My ATS Job App Optimizer is intended to help job seekers understand and optimise their job applications against Applicant Tracking System (ATS) requirements. The product is planned to include user accounts, the ability to upload CVs, résumés and job descriptions for analysis, and paid subscription features. The app has not yet been built or released, so none of this information is being processed today — this policy describes how it will be handled once the service is available.

3. Information the service is intended to process

Once available, My ATS Job App Optimizer is intended to process the following categories of information, where applicable:

• Account and authentication information, such as an email address and login details
• CVs, résumés, job descriptions and other application material you choose to submit
• Generated ATS analysis, recommendations and optimised application content produced from your material
• Subscription status and purchase entitlement information
• Usage and diagnostic information, and any support communications you send us

4. Accounts

My ATS Job App Optimizer is intended to require a user account to use the app’s features. Account and authentication information will be processed to create and secure your account and to provide access to the service.

5. CVs, résumés and application material

Where you choose to upload a CV, résumé, job description or other application material, that content is your personal content and will be processed only to provide the app’s analysis and optimisation features — for example, generating ATS analysis, recommendations and optimised versions of your application material. It will not be used for purposes beyond providing these features to you without further notice.

6. Payments and subscriptions

My ATS Job App Optimizer is intended to offer paid subscription features. Payment card details are expected to be handled directly by the relevant app-store payment provider through which the app is made available. Valeon Labs Ltd does not directly collect or store your payment card details.

To provide and manage paid access, Valeon Labs Ltd expects to receive transaction, subscription or entitlement status information from that payment provider — such as whether a subscription is active — rather than your full payment details.

7. Third-party services

The app is expected to rely on third-party service providers to operate — for example, for cloud hosting, app-store payment processing, or analysis features. The specific providers used, and their role, will be confirmed and named in this policy before the app is released to the public or listed on any app store.

8. Data retention and deletion

Information is intended to be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, meet legal and accounting obligations, and support the purposes described in this policy. Specific retention periods will be confirmed in this policy before release.

9. Children’s privacy

My ATS Job App Optimizer is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We will review and update this Privacy Policy as My ATS Job App Optimizer is built, and before it is released or listed on any app store, to confirm the specific service providers, retention periods and processing details described above. The most current version will always be available on this page.
